MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
Freedom Leaf has been a Management Advisory client of Trends Mergers & Acquisition since July of 2016. Trends was also instrumental in us going public, they provided the highest quality SEC fully reporting, DWAC, PUBCO available and assisted us greatly in structuring the capitalization.
Once we were up and trading as a public company we reached out to Jon Doukas Trends Managing Partner and head of Management Advisory Services, this time to assist us in identifying prospective acquisition candidates and additional lines of business to complement our business model and to assist us in our funding needs. We are quite pleased with the results.
Trends Mergers & Acquisitions Management Advisory Services is an invaluable resource for any young company seeking to navigate a course through the public markets.

About the Company
Freedom Leaf, Inc. (OTCQB: FRLF) has received wide acceptance in the Cannabis/Hemp marketplace due to its support of non-profits in our space and for the excellent editorial and content within our published magazine and expanding into our digital network. Freedom Leaf Magazine's "digest" size and aesthetic look and feel is perfect for people to carry around and easily share “The Good News in Marijuana Reform” with others.
Approximately 50% of our magazine distribution is through non-profit activists (to themselves and those they come in contact with) and as everyone knows activists are the most loyal marketers and consumers any product or services company can have. The local chapters of NORML, SSDP and Women’s Grow all distribute the magazine. Another 30% is distributed at B2B Industry trade shows throughout the year and the balance in dispensaries, cigarette and vape stores, as well as other shops.
Freedom Leaf will continue to acquire emerging companies in the Cannabis/Hemp Industry then aid in the business development and acceleration of these companies. Our advisory practice will aid them to position and build their business. Our mission is to engage with these emerging companies, which are lesser known and often under-capitalized, to enhance their visibility in the market and to scale their business. These steps in turn will help to build their credibility to attract stronger attention in the Cannabis/Hemp Industry and lay the path to a successful exit strategy. These activities will greatly benefit each of these ongoing businesses, Freedom Leaf and our stockholders who will receive shares of stock in each of these companies as they are spun off.
